We offer worldwide shipping to bring Elyséa straight to your doorstep, no matter where you are. All orders are carefully packaged and processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Standard international shipping typically takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your destination country. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Please note that any applicable local customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our highest priorities. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety standards for cosmetic products, items that have been opened or tested cannot be returned.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our support team with your order number and details. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product, and we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
